Time: Please allow two to four weeks plus shipping time for
deluxe costumes, and four to eight weeks plus shipping time for
custom costumes. The production manager will make a more specific
estimate when the order is placed with a deposit. The estimate for
the time of completion is never a condition of the contract, but
every effort will be made to make an accurate estimate at the time
of the order.

Payment: Acceptable forms of
payment for deposits include Visa/Mastercard credit or debit
cards, personal or business checks, U.S. money orders, and bank
drafts payable in U.S. dollars.
We occasionally accept C.O.D. orders for a new customer who
purchases a standard design. A 50% deposit is required
for custom work, and the balance must be paid in full prior to
delivery. Allow two additional weeks for delivery. C.O.D. orders
must be paid for with a U.S. Money order.
defects for up to 90 days at our discretion; returns are generally
not allowed as costumes are made to order. Experienced professional entertainers
may be given privileges, except during holiday seasons. If no
specific prior arrangement is made in writing, prior to the sale,
all sales are final. If you need a costume for short period of
time, we can
assist with costume rental in some circumstances.
